New Rubik’s Magic World Record: 0.77secs
Tang Yiu Chun, a young speedcuber from Hong Kong, just broke the Rubik’s Magic World Record (Single Solve) today at the Shenzen Summer Open 2009. He set an astonishing record of 0.77 seconds, just 3 milliseconds off of Swedish speedcuber Oskar Åsbrink‘s record (0.80 secs) set just a week ago at the Kristianstad Open 2009.
No videos of this momentous event has surfaced yet at the time of writing, however, I found a recent video of him breaking the Rubik’s Magic World Record Average of 0.90 seconds at the Hong Kong Open 2009. Check it out!
